The vision for Dolly Daydream is to provide meaningful work experience and employment opportunities for neurodivergent individuals, those with unique differences, and people from underrepresented backgrounds including individuals of colour and those with English as an additional language. As the business grows, it remains committed to fostering inclusivity, diversity, and empowerment for all.

Whereas, A Beautiful Mind advocates for neurodivergent individuals by equipping educators and employers with the knowledge and tools to foster true inclusion. Through research and lived experience, we demonstrate what inclusive communication looks like and how to create thriving, supportive environments for learning and work.

• Dolly Daydream was not created to be just a mobile catering business.
• Dolly’s first project was to understand poverty in its local community; we ran a project and provided FREE breakfast to all student in our local village, through this project we identified a need to support neurodivergent young people, and parents in our community.
• We employ ONLY neurodivergent people, people with difference and under represented people.
• We pay above the highest national minimum hourly pay rate regardless of age.
• We offer recognised accredited qualifications, that have supported onward further education and employment opportunities.
